Orders from live scoop nights typically ship within 3–5 business days after the live. During high-volume drops, processing may take slightly longer.

Each bag is hand-scooped live in small batches. Because of this, embed placement and drizzle patterns may vary slightly — but every scoop is filled to weight and packed with detail.

Simply break apart the scoop and place desired amount into your wax warmer. Do not add water. Do not leave warmer unattended.
