If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bakeryscentsllc25@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the situation and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Please note that minor variations in color, design, or scent may occur due to the handmade nature of our products and do not qualify as defects.
Shipping Notice
During warmer months, wax products may soften or melt during transit. While this does not affect the performance of the product, we recommend allowing items to return to room temperature before use.
