Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout (email address if purchasing a digital product). Bakery Scents, LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Once package has been handed to the shipping carrier, Bakery Scents, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other transit issues.
Shipping Notice
During warmer months, wax products may soften or melt during transit. While this does not affect the performance of the product, we recommend allowing items to return to room temperature before use.
Lost or stolen packages
Bakery Scents, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but can not be located, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier to file a claim.
